Grown in the highlands of Bener Meriah, this seasons Sumatra coffee comes from the Gayo Antara Cooperative, where Arabica coffee flourishes in a rugged, mountainous landscape shaped by volcanic activity. This Coffee is cultivated at elevations of 1500 meters above sea level, where cool temperatures, misty mornings, and nutrient-rich volcanic soils slow cherry maturation and build the coffees distinct flavour. 

Our Q grader selected this coffee for its consistency, richness, and unmistakable expression of Gayo character, supported by the reliability that comes from our close partnership with the cooperative. In the cup, this coffee offers a full, syrupy body with layered sweetness and depth. Expect tasting notes of vanilla, prune, molasses, and dates, balanced by a lingering dark chocolate finish.
