This season we proudly present a 100% Caturra cofee from our long time
friends and partners, COHONDUCAFE in El Paraiso. This specific lot is of a
higher altitude for the region (reaching 1,400 m.a.s.l.) with a relatively high
temperature of 16–22.5°C. Considering this ideal microclimate in addition to El
Paraiso’s reputation for producing high-quality coffees, and the result is a truly
special harvest.
This coffee offers a rich and complex flavour profile, with bold notes of black
plum and red grape, complemented by a deep, treacly sweetness.
