Ethiopia Single Origin Coffee Beans

Situated  in the Gedeo Zone, part of the wider Yirgacheffe region in southern Ethiopia. Kochere Estate presents this season’s distinctive Ethiopian heirloom, an offering from a region widely regarded as the birthplace of coffee. Deeply rooted in both legend and history, Ethiopia’s highlands are where wild coffee was first discovered, and that legacy continues to shape every harvest today. The landscape here is defined by rolling hills, fertile valleys, and dramatic mountain terrain, where high elevations between 1900 - 2100 masl and a unique microclimate shape the coffee’s remarkable character. 

This coffee captures the distinctive character of Yirgacheffe, offering bright floral and citrus notes with a subtle hint of raspberry. A smooth clementine body is complemented by gentle floral sweetness, while white tea notes add elegance and clarity. The result is a refined cup with a light, delicate finish.
