Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
- 2 tbsp Simply Luxury White Chocolate Powder
- 200ml milk (or dairy alternative)
- 1 tsp Simply Freeze Dried Raspberry Crumb (for garnish)
Optional:
- Whipped cream
- Extra white chocolate flakes
Method

Heat the milk
Warm 200ml milk in a saucepan until steaming. -
Mix matcha & chocolate
Whisk 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder with a splash of hot milk until smooth. Add 2 tbsp Simply Luxury White Chocolate Powder and whisk until fully dissolved. -
Combine & serve
Pour the hot white chocolate over the matcha mixture. Stir gently, top with whipped cream (optional), and sprinkle freeze-dried raspberry crumb for a fruity, decorative finish. Serve immediately.
