A creamy, healthy green tea latte with a subtle vanilla twist

Our Matcha Latte combines Zuma Matcha Powder with steamed milk and Simply French Vanilla Syrup for a smooth, creamy drink packed with antioxidants. Perfect for cafés, garden centres, restaurants, or home baristas looking for a healthy and visually appealing beverage.

Quick to make, energising, and ideal for all-day menus or wellness-focused drinks.

 

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
  • 200ml milk (or dairy alternative)
  • 10ml Simply French Vanilla Syrup

Optional:

  • Whipped cream or frothed milk for topping
  • Matcha powder for garnish

 

Method

  1. Whisk the matcha
    Sift 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder into a bowl or cup. Add a small amount of hot water (not boiling) and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  2. Steam the milk
    Heat and froth 200ml milk until creamy.
  3. Combine & serve
    Pour frothed milk over matcha, stir in Simply French Vanilla Syrup, and top with a sprinkle of matcha powder or whipped cream. Serve immediately.
