Our Blueberry Iced Matcha combines the earthy, smooth taste of Zuma Matcha with sweet, summery blueberry notes. Perfect for summer menus, cafés, garden centres, or as a healthy, fun drink for home baristas.

This recipe is quick to make, visually appealing, and scalable for high-volume service, while still being simple enough for home enjoyment.

 

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
  • 200ml cold milk (or dairy alternative)
  • 15ml Simply Blueberry Syrup
  • Ice cubes

Optional:

  • Fresh blueberries for garnish
  • A drizzle of syrup on top for a striking finish

 

Method

  1. Prepare the matcha
    In a small bowl, whisk 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder with a splash of cold milk until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Add milk & syrup
    Pour the rest of the cold milk into the glass and stir in 15ml Simply Blueberry Syrup.
  3. Add ice & mix
    Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir until chilled.
  4. Garnish & serve
    Top with fresh blueberries or a small syrup drizzle for visual appeal. Serve immediately.
