Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
- 200ml cold milk (or dairy alternative)
- 15ml Simply Blackberry Syrup
- Ice cubes
Optional:
- Fresh blackberries for garnish
- A drizzle of syrup on top for extra visual appeal
Method

Prepare the matcha
In a small bowl, whisk 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder with a splash of cold milk until smooth and lump-free. -
Add milk & syrup
Pour the rest of the cold milk into the glass and stir in 15ml Simply Blackberry Syrup. -
Add ice & mix
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir well to chill the drink evenly. -
Garnish & serve
Top with fresh blackberries or a drizzle of syrup for a striking presentation. Serve immediately.
