Our White Chocolate Matcha combines the earthy smoothness of Zuma Matcha Powder with Simply White Chocolate Syrup and creamy Rude Health Barista Oat Milk, creating a luxurious, melt-in-your-mouth drink. Perfect for cafés, garden centres, restaurants, or home baristas, this drink is both visually appealing and indulgent.

Serve hot or iced for a versatile menu option.

 

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
  • 15ml Simply White Chocolate Syrup
  • 200ml Rude Health Barista Oat Milk
  • Ice cubes (optional, for iced version)

Optional:

  • 12oz clear cup with domed lid for iced serving
  • Garnish with white chocolate flakes or dust

 

Method

  1. Prepare matcha
    Sift 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder into a bowl. Add a splash of hot water (not boiling) and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  2. Mix with syrup & milk
    Add Simply White Chocolate Syrup and stir. Pour in oat milk (warm or cold, depending on preference).
  3. Serve
    For iced, pour over ice in a clear cup with a domed lid. For hot, serve in a mug. Optional garnish: white chocolate flakes or dust.
