- 15ml Ube Syrup
- 10ml Vanilla Syrup
- 200ml milk or dairy alternative
- 1 shot espresso
- Ice cubes
Method

Build the drink
Fill a clear cup with ice. Add the Ube & Vanilla Syrup and Vanilla Syrup, then pour over the milk. -
Prepare the espresso
Extract a fresh shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly. -
Finish & serve
Slowly pour the espresso over the milk to create a layered effect. Serve immediately.
