Toasted Marshmallow Matcha Latte

A cozy blend of earthy matcha, creamy milk, and toasted marshmallow sweetness — lightly smoky, perfectly smooth, and comforting in every sip.

 

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 15ml Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
  • 200ml milk or dairy alternative 

 

Method

  1. Prepare the matcha
    Whisk the Matcha Powder with a small amount of hot water until smooth and free from lumps.
  2. Steam the milk
    Add the Toasted Marshmallow Syrup to a serving cup. Steam the milk until silky and velvety, then pour into the cup and stir to combine.
  3. Finish & serve
    Pour the prepared matcha into the milk and finish with toasted marshmallows on a skewer. Serve immediately.
