- 15ml Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
- 200ml milk or dairy alternative
Method
- Prepare the matcha
Whisk the Matcha Powder with a small amount of hot water until smooth and free from lumps. - Steam the milk
Add the Toasted Marshmallow Syrup to a serving cup. Steam the milk until silky and velvety, then pour into the cup and stir to combine. - Finish & serve
Pour the prepared matcha into the milk and finish with toasted marshmallows on a skewer. Serve immediately.
