Our Strawberry Iced Matcha Recipe blends the smooth, earthy taste of matcha with a sweet burst of strawberry, making it a super refreshing choice for warm days. Just pour over ice, add your favourite milk (oat and almond both work great), and you’ve got a vibrant, feel-good drink your customers will love – and want to snap a photo of.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Method

  1. Whisk the matcha
    Sift 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder into a small bowl. Add a splash of hot water (not boiling) and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  2. Add Syrup, Ice and Milk to your cup. 
    Add Simply Strawberry Syrup, to your cup then fill with ice and milk. 
  3. Serve
    Pour your Matcha over ice in a clear cup with a domed lid and straw. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Serve immediately.
