Our Strawberry Iced Matcha Recipe blends the smooth, earthy taste of matcha with a sweet burst of strawberry, making it a super refreshing choice for warm days. Just pour over ice, add your favourite milk (oat and almond both work great), and you’ve got a vibrant, feel-good drink your customers will love – and want to snap a photo of.
Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
- 15ml Simply Strawberry Syrup
- 120ml milk (or dairy alternative)
- Ice cubes

- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Method

Whisk the matcha
Sift 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder into a small bowl. Add a splash of hot water (not boiling) and whisk until smooth and frothy. -
Add Syrup, Ice and Milk to your cup.
Add Simply Strawberry Syrup, to your cup then fill with ice and milk. -
Serve
Pour your Matcha over ice in a clear cup with a domed lid and straw. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Serve immediately.
