Our Snowball Frappe combines Simply Luxury White Chocolate Powder with Almond and Toffee Nut Syrups, topped with White Chocolate Topping Sauce and white chocolate flakes. Perfect for cafés, garden centres, restaurants, or home baristas, this indulgent frappe is a winter favourite for seasonal menus or takeaway treats.

Serve in clear cups with domed lids for a visually stunning presentation.

 

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 2 tbsp Simply Luxury White Chocolate Powder
  • 15ml Simply Almond Syrup
  • 15ml Simply Toffee Nut Syrup
  • 200ml milk or dairy alternative
  • Ice cubes
  • Simply White Chocolate Topping Sauce
  • White Chocolate Flakes

Optional:

  • Clear cup with domed lid and straw


Method

  1. Blend the frappe
    In a blender, combine white chocolate powder, almond syrup, toffee nut syrup, milk, and ice. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour & top
    Pour into a clear cup. Drizzle Simply White Chocolate Topping Sauce on top.
  3. Garnish
    Sprinkle with white chocolate flakes for a snowball effect. Serve immediately with a straw.
