Our Raspberry White Chocolate Matcha combines the earthy richness of Zuma Matcha Powder with Simply White Chocolate Syrup and Simply Raspberry Syrup, creating a light yet indulgent drink. Perfect for cafés, garden centres, restaurants, or home baristas, this refreshing beverage is visually appealing and bursting with spring flavours.

Serve over ice for a cooling twist or warm for a cozy treat.

 

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
  • 15ml Simply Raspberry Syrup
  • 15ml Simply White Chocolate Syrup
  • 200ml milk (or dairy alternative)
  • Ice cubes (if serving iced)

Optional:

  • Clear cup with domed lid and straw for iced version
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

 

Method

  1. Whisk the matcha
    Sift 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder into a small bowl. Add a splash of hot water (not boiling) and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  2. Combine with syrups & milk
    Add Simply Raspberry Syrup and Simply White Chocolate Syrup, then stir in milk.
  3. Serve
    For iced matcha, pour over ice in a clear cup with a domed lid and straw. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired. Serve immediately.
