Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
- 15ml Simply Raspberry Syrup
- 15ml Simply White Chocolate Syrup
- 200ml milk (or dairy alternative)
- Ice cubes (if serving iced)
Optional:
- Clear cup with domed lid and straw for iced version
- Fresh raspberries for garnish

Whisk the matcha
Sift 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder into a small bowl. Add a splash of hot water (not boiling) and whisk until smooth and frothy. -
Combine with syrups & milk
Add Simply Raspberry Syrup and Simply White Chocolate Syrup, then stir in milk. -
Serve
For iced matcha, pour over ice in a clear cup with a domed lid and straw. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired. Serve immediately.
