Ingredients

- 15ml Raspberry Syrup
- 2 tbsp White Choc Frappe Powder
- 200ml milk or dairy alternative
- Ice cubes

- Raspberry Topping Sauce
- Freeze-dried Raspberry Pieces
Method
- Prepare the cup Drizzle Raspberry Topping Sauce around the inside of a clear serving cup and place to one side.
- Blend the frappe Combine the Raspberry Syrup, White Choc Frappe Powder, milk and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
- Finish & serve Pour into the prepared cup and top with whipped cream. Finish with a drizzle of Raspberry Topping Sauce and a generous sprinkle of Freeze-dried Raspberry Pieces. Serve immediately.
