Raspberry Crumble White Choc Frappe

A creamy white chocolate frappe blended with sweet raspberry, creating a smooth, dessert-inspired treat with the perfect balance of fruity freshness and indulgent sweetness, top with raspberry pieces for the perfect summer treat!

 

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 15ml Raspberry Syrup
  • 2 tbsp White Choc Frappe Powder
  • 200ml milk or dairy alternative
  • Ice cubes

Optional

  • Whipped cream
  • Raspberry Topping Sauce
  • Freeze-dried Raspberry Pieces

 

Method

  1. Prepare the cup Drizzle Raspberry Topping Sauce around the inside of a clear serving cup and place to one side.
  2. Blend the frappe Combine the Raspberry Syrup, White Choc Frappe Powder, milk and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
  3. Finish & serve Pour into the prepared cup and top with whipped cream. Finish with a drizzle of Raspberry Topping Sauce and a generous sprinkle of Freeze-dried Raspberry Pieces. Serve immediately.
