Pineapple Chilli Matcha

A bold fusion of sweet pineapple and smooth matcha, finished with a subtle chilli kick for a refreshing drink with tropical sweetness, earthy depth, and a gentle warming spice.

 

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 15ml Pineapple Syrup
  • 200ml milk or dairy alternative
  • Ice cubes

 

Method

  1. Build the base Add the Pineapple Syrup to a clear serving cup and fill with ice. Pour over the milk, leaving room for the matcha layer.
  2. Prepare the matcha Whisk the Matcha Powder with a small amount of cold water until smooth and free from lumps.
  3. Finish & serve Slowly pour the matcha over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect. Garnish with a Chilli Twist and serve immediately.
