Ingredients

- 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
- 200ml milk (or dairy alternative)
- 15ml Simply Passionfruit Syrup
- Ice cubes
Optional:
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Clear cup with domed lid and straw for presentation
Method

Whisk the matcha
Sift 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder into a small bowl. Add a splash of hot water (not boiling) and whisk until smooth and frothy. -
Combine with milk & syrup
Pour in milk and Simply Passionfruit Syrup. Stir to combine. -
Serve over ice
Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the matcha mixture over, and stir gently. Garnish with mint if desired. Serve immediately.
