Pandan & Coconut Iced Latte

A refreshing blend of smooth espresso, buttery coconut, and fragrant pandan. Versatile, on trend and irresistibly delicious this recipe is the perfect addition to your summer menu!

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 15ml Pandan Syrup
  • 15ml Coconut Syrup
  • 200ml milk or dairy alternative
  • 1 shot espresso
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Build the drink Fill a clear cup with ice. Add the Pandan Syrup and Coconut Syrup, then pour over the milk. 
  2. Prepare the espresso Extract a fresh shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Finish & serve Slowly pour the espresso over the milk to create a layered effect. Serve immediately and stir before drinking.
