Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
- 200ml milk (or dairy alternative)
- 10ml Simply French Vanilla Syrup
Optional:
- Whipped cream or frothed milk for topping
- Matcha powder for garnish
Method

Whisk the matcha
Sift 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder into a bowl or cup. Add a small amount of hot water (not boiling) and whisk until smooth and frothy. -
Steam the milk
Heat and froth 200ml milk until creamy. -
Combine & serve
Pour frothed milk over matcha, stir in Simply French Vanilla Syrup, and top with a sprinkle of matcha powder or whipped cream. Serve immediately.
