Iced Lemon Drizzle Matcha

This recipe blends the smooth, earthy taste of matcha with a sweet burst of Sicilian lemon. You’ve got a vibrant, feel-good drink your customers will love – and want to snap a photo of!

 

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 15ml Lemon Syrup
  • 200ml milk or dairy alternative
  • Ice cubes

 

Method

  1. Build the base Add the Lemon Syrup to a clear serving cup and fill with ice. Pour over the milk, leaving room for the matcha layer. 
  2. Prepare the matcha Whisk the Matcha Powder with a small amount of cold water until smooth and free from lumps.
  3. Finish & serve Slowly pour the matcha over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect. Serve immediately.
