Dirty Coconut Chai

A bold blend of spiced chai, creamy coconut, and rich espresso — smooth, warming, and perfectly balanced with a tropical twist.

 

Ingredients

 (Serves 1)

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 scoop Chai Powder
  • 15ml Coconut Syrup
  • 200ml milk or dairy alternative

 

Method

  1. Prepare the chai base Add the Chai Powder and Coconut Syrup to a serving mug. Mix with a small amount of hot water to create a smooth paste.
  2. Steam the milk Steam the milk until hot and silky, then pour into the chai mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  3. Finish & serve Pour the espresso into the drink and finish with a light dusting of cinnamon or chai spice. Serve immediately.
