Cherry Coconut Frappe

Taste the sweet notes of those tropical favourites in this sweet and creamy, delicious treat. Satisfy that sweet tooth and any holiday blues that you may be having.

 

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 15ml Cherry Syrup
  • 15ml Coconut Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Frappe Powder
  • 200ml milk or dairy alternative
  • Ice cubes

Optional

  • Whipped cream
  • Cherry Topping Sauce
  • Freeze-dried Cherry Pieces
  • Glacé Cherry

 

Method

  1. Prepare the cup Drizzle Cherry Topping Sauce around the inside of a clear serving glass or cup and place to one side.
  2. Blend the frappe Combine the Cherry Syrup, Coconut Syrup, Vanilla Frappe Powder, milk and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
  3. Finish & serve Pour into the prepared cup and top with whipped cream. Finish with a drizzle of Cherry Topping Sauce, a sprinkle of Freeze-dried Cherry Pieces and a Glacé Cherry. Serve immediately.
