Our Cherry Bakewell Iced Matcha blends the smooth, earthy flavour of Zuma Matcha with sweet cherry and nutty almond notes. This refreshing iced drink is perfect for summer menus, specials boards, cafés, garden centres, or as a fun home barista treat.

Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder
- 200ml cold milk (or dairy alternative)
- 10ml Simply Cherry Syrup
- 5ml Simply Almond Syrup
- Ice cubes
Optional:
- Fresh cherries for garnish
- A light drizzle of syrup for presentation

Prepare the matcha
In a small bowl, whisk 1 tsp Zuma Matcha Powder with a splash of cold milk until smooth and lump-free. -
Add milk & syrups
Pour in the rest of the milk, then stir in Simply Cherry Syrup and Simply Almond Syrup. -
Add ice & mix
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir until the drink is fully chilled. -
Garnish & serve
Top with fresh cherries or a light syrup drizzle for a striking finish. Serve immediately.
