Velvety blueberry foam sits on top like a cloud, adding a sweet-tart brightness that complements the rich, slightly bitter green tea beneath. Light, creamy, and refreshing, it’s as visually striking as it is flavourful.
Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 scoop (1.5g) Zuma Matcha
- 2 pumps (15ml) Simply Blueberry Syrup
- 120ml Milk
- Ice
- Cold Foam: Single Cream and Blueberry Syrup
Method
- Add the blueberry syrup to a glass of ice.
- Combine your matcha powder with a small amount of milk and whisk.
- Add milk to your glass with ice and syrup and top with the matcha mix.
- Add 400ml single cream and 30ml blueberry syrup to a whipped cream cannister and shake until cold foam is reached.
- Add a layer of blueberry cold foam on top of the matcha.
This combination creates a refreshing, fruity, and indulgent matcha drink perfect for customers or home baristas.
