Inspired by the flavours of a traditional Bakewell tart, this Bakewell Tart Latte combines rich espresso with sweet cherry and smooth almond for a comforting, indulgent drink that customers instantly recognise.

1 shot (30ml) espresso
- 10ml Simply Almond Syrup
- 10ml Simply Cherry Syrup
- 200ml fresh milk (or dairy alternative)
Optional:
- Milk foam
- Flaked almonds or a light dusting of cocoa (for garnish)
Method

Brew the espresso
Extract a single shot using Heavenly Blend Espresso Beans and set aside. -
Add the syrups
Pour 10ml Simply Almond Syrup and 10ml Simply Cherry Syrup into your cup. -
Steam the milk
Steam 200ml of milk until smooth and creamy with a light microfoam. -
Combine
Pour the espresso over the syrups, stir gently, then top with steamed milk. -
Finish & serve
Add foam and garnish if desired. Serve immediately.
